Day One

Cheerio from London!

Lindsay and I are here, camped out at our local London hotel....

First, we would like to give a shoutout to the old dude and girl who talked through our ENTIRE flight. We know now far more about the two of you than we ever cared to know. He, a venture capitalist, kept hitting on her, a hard worker who is "smarter than the average bear". She recently purchased an Infiniti and is here in London to visit her "boyfriend" who she is seeing unexclusivley. Yes, don't think we didn't know why Mr. Venture Capitalist kept purchasing $7.00 minituare bottles of wine.

But we digress. We spent our first day hauling luggage around every train station known to mankind, and went down too many stairs to count. But, once we finally made it, we hit the ground running. after checking in to our hotel, we took a brief nap, freshened up and went out to explore the city. Despite the overcast, cloudy skies, and light drizzle, we were able to see several of London's major landmark attractions. But for now, we are tired, so more tomorrow...
